Your Questions
How much notice do you need for a pickup? We prefer a 24 hour notice but under certain circumstances we know this isn't always an option. For those situations, we can almost always still promise same day delivery.
How much weight can you transport? We can deliver up to 15,500 lbs.
Are you insured? Yes, we are fully insured with cargo coverage.
What are the sizes of your trucks? We range in size from carry vans to 26ft box trucks. We are not licensed for semi trailers.
Can you deliver to any other states besides Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana and Missouri? Yes we can deliver to any state. In order to deliver a shipment that requires a straight truck outside the state of Illinois, temporary trip and fuel permits need to be issued for the appropriate states traveling in. The process usually takes 24 hours to obtain and the customer is charged for the permits.
What are your rates? Deliveries beyond 15 mile air radius of Peoria, IL are charged per mile round trip FOB with a fuel surcharge.
These two methods are during our normal working hours Monday- Friday 6am to 6pm. If a delivery is after these hours, there may be an additional cost. Please call for prices during those situations.
